Hazza Al Mansouri (34) created history by becoming the first UAE astronaut to go to space. He boarded a Soyuz-MS 15 spacecraft at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan before blasting off into space. He spent eight days at the International Space Station where he carried out scientific experiments and returned.
